You can try to save money using 'one-stop-shop' furnishing companies but you often end up with sub-standard "trendy" veneered furniture that perhaps only lasts a year or two. And let's not get started on trying to negotiate multiple deliveries by doing it yourself whilst on the other side of the world!
We are completely different. Our priority is to achieve the top possible rent for your investment. We aren't a 'one size fits all' furnisher - we work sympathetically to what is already there, creating aspirational environments to live in.
We are unique in that we source pre-loved, 'nearly new' high quality furniture from manufactures such as Made.com, Habitat, John Lewis, and Next, saving you thousands off retail prices. You get the aspirational look for much less and quality, longer lasting furniture.
Of course we still source certain items new but for the important items like sofas and beds we believe you get what you pay for and these are the areas worth investing in.
You don't need to lift a finger - we will furnish your property to the highest standard and also dress it with some of our loan extras like plants and cushions that'll help your property to really stand out.
How Do We Do it?

Cost includes:
Bedrooms: King or Double Bed, Mattress, Bedside table(s). Wardrobe and Chest of drawers if necessary (depending on room size)
Living room: Corner sofa or sofa and feature chair, Feature Lamp. Dining set and bookcase/coffee table if necessary (depending on room size)
Bathroom: Floor standing bathroom unit if necessary.
Hall: Console table if necessary.
Dressing pack (selection of plants, small lamps, Cushions, throws, rugs etc) provided free of charge and we will collect once property is successfully let.
The process couldn't be simpler.
We will send you a board with our recommendations for furnishing from our collection of furniture.
We can also show you options from our warehouse if theres something that you would prefer.
What is Pre-loved?
Pre-loved furniture is previously well cared for pieces that may have the typical amount of wear that owning something for less than 6 months would show. Its like buying an ex-demonstration car - it might not have its 'new car' smell but it's essentially new and looks awesome!
Being a landlord means accepting that brand new furniture will show slight signs of wear even after a 6 month rental. Typically this may be a tiny scratch to a wooden table or perhaps less 'plumped up' cushions on a sofa. Pre-loved doesn't mean damaged - usually its 'as good as new' and is great way to add real quality and style to your investment without the price tag.
We only source 'nearly new' items and we check each and every item is to our high standard before sending to a property for dressing.
