What We Offer
We love property. Its in our blood. We get a huge thrill from helping investors secure great properties, demystifying the investment buying process and sharing our experience and knowledge of the Edinburgh market.
We will talk through investment hot spots and our recommended property style and size to focus on. We can also introduce investors to an accountant, solicitor, financial advisor, insurance broker and furnishing specialist so they have a great team to help them through their investment purchasing journey.

Registration Fee: £500, only payable on successful offer on a property and deductible from final sourcing fee. No up front fees.
Sourcing Fee: 1% of purchase price, payable on conclusion of missives.

Referred to us by Umega in 2020, David came across a very knowledgeable and approachable person during our first conversation.
