Introductions to solicitors, Financial advisors and letting agents.
Post-inspection property shortlisting
Each recommendation will include full report detailing schedule of current condition (including estimated projected costs for remedials/upgrades) , market rental expectation, yield calculations and suggested offer figure., all based on agent-only industry data.
Further client conversation if required.
Offers and negotiations via solicitor with contact at all times during the offer process.

Fees (due on settlement)

On Market: 1% of purchase price

Off Market Properties: 1.5% of purchase price

Refurbishment Project Management

15% of value of project <£10,000

10% of value of project thereafter
